We currently have an opportunity within our Subaru Retail team for an experienced, enthusiastic, organised and customer driven Business Manager Finance amp; Insurance to join our dealership at Parramatta Parramatta. We do offer the flexibility to transfer as we have sites all across Sydney including Narellan, Castle Hill, Waitara, Artarmon and Alexandria.
As a Business Manager Finance and Insurance, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships to keep our Subaru customers coming back time and time again. You will be responsible for providing tailed financial advice to ensure our customers choose the right finance and insurance option for them while maximising opportunity for the business. You will take ownership of submitting accurate and timely finance applications and working strategically with our financiers to get deals approved.

- Demonstrates leadership ability through supporting the sales team in successfully closing deals;
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers at all times;
- Enjoys working in a retail environment.
