We are committed to achieving consistent results for our clients, and the successful candidate will have a background in Property Management with proven experience in running a portfolio end to end, managing a team to success and have a solution focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Providing leadership, support and direction to team members;
  • Oversee and approve commission sheets for BDMs whilst motivating PMs to keep them accountable to targets;
  • Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties as well as lease renewals;
  • Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio;
  • Diarising inspections and preparation of associated documentation; and
  • Participate in all training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital:

  • Extensive Property Management Experience (3-5 years);
  • Proven experience in a leadership / workflow facilitation position with an approachable nature;
  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Drivers License;
  • Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with responsibility over your own work and the work of others (risk management); and
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
