What we are looking for
The role will oversee the day to day running of our Regional Warehouse located in Brisbane, which serves as Beam Mobility’s distribution centre to our Australia amp; New Zealand operating cities. It requires someone who is self-motivated and is hands on, working within a small team to ensure deadlines are met to meet spare demand.
What you'll do
Warehousing
- Oversee the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis
- Manage the inflow and outflow of all SKUs by using our Zoho Inventory platform
- Manage order despatch ensuring freight is booked on correct transport service in a timely manner
- Carry out the picking and packing of regular orders
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders in order changes, demand changes and shipment status
- Ensure workplace safety amp; health are implemented and followed to ensure compliance with regulations
- Use online platforms and similar tools to support and manage supply chain and its related activities
- Coordinate and support procurement activities as required from time to time
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in supply chain related roles and specifically warehouse management related roles.
- Forklift license qualification preferred
- Dangerous Goods - understanding of shipping and handling preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of overall Supply Chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver)
- Meticulous, with zero error tolerance for inventory variance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines despite challenges
