Job Description

Your new role

Due to an internal move, we are seeking an experienced and passionate customer service leader to join us as our National After Sales and Service (ASamp;S) Manager. In this role you will lead a team of customer service and warranty specialists across various Australian locations.

This is a pivotal and hands-on role where you will drive a high-performing team and ensure speedy transition and integration of critical systems, reporting and processing. A typical day would involve

  • Maintaining close involvement with customer issues, using customer insight gained from active participation to drive positive change in the operation
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives, innovations and new projects in all areas of the department
  • Maintaining service standards in accordance with business strategy
  • Embedding and driving appropriate KPI’s across the nation and ensure agreed performance targets are met
  • Developing and maintaining external relationships with function relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, industry regulators, government authorities and local communities

About you

Along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a technical customer service and warranty team, you’ll have:

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, bonus points if it’s Dynamics365
  • Experience in insurance warranty claims
  • Proven ability to create a highly engaged, productive and business focused workplace culture
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deep dive and problem solve
  • A task-oriented approach, be well organised and the ability to work under pressure
