We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our clinical teams on a contract and casual basis to cover upcoming maternity and annual leave at our Mount St. Vincent home in Ulverstone, Tasmania.

The successful candidates will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team and will contribute to our strong focus on providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents. The successful candidates will provide strong leadership and support to lower classified employees, provide competent clinical care, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation.

Requirements

What you can bring to the role:

  • A tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate;
  • Current registration with AHPRA;
  • A genuine interest for working in aged care;
  • An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents;
  • A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and
  • Flexibility for shift work.

To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate is required to provide a current National Police Certificate without conviction that would preclude employment in aged care.

The base full-time annual salary (as provided by our enterprise agreement) for a Registered Nurse is dependent on experience and is between $68,872.96 and $87,935.12 plus penalty rates and applicable allowances.
