Are you an experienced Trade Show/Field Marketing Manager seeking a new challenge? We have a new opening in Inspectorio's global marketing team. You will be responsible for strategising, coordinating and project managing our upcoming trade shows around the globe. You'll also assist with managing our promotional items and more.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and/or oversee the strategy, budget, planning and logistics of our global trade show event calendar..
- Work with your sales and marketing colleagues to determine which trade shows are strategically critical, each trade show’s focus, the tiering of each trade show and who should be in attendance at the show.
- Create Asana project boards and ensure consistency and collaboration while following established guidelines, processes, procedures and tools. Educate cross-functional teams, provide direction amp; establish solutions where appropriate.
- Execute, support and/or manage the following:
- Provide regular updates to keep all colleagues informed of upcoming events and deadlines.
- Develop pre-show promotions to drive awareness.
- Create pre-show briefing documents and run a pre-show briefing call with relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate and manage current and future booth requirements such as booth size, design and graphics.
- Manage and coordinate the logistics of the exhibit including maintenance of the trade show exhibit, demonstration equipment and all accessories.
- Conduct and communicate post-show analysis, including metrics. Assist in developing tracking and measurement tools and processes.
- Work with sales to ensure leads are distributed and followed up in a timely manner; monitor leads to close.
- Recognize opportunities to sponsor smaller conference sessions that align with marketing goals.
- Identify and investigate new trade show marketing opportunities based on company priorities and goals.
- Work with and manage associations that are relevant to Inspectorio. Find opportunities to collaborate and manage opportunities.
- Internally promote industry committees of associations that are strategically important.
- Support and organize the logistics of other marketing events such as potential customer webinars, direct mail campaigns, user conferences and special promotions.
- Manage our global promotional item selection and rollout, ensuring all assets are on brand
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field; or a combination of related education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in related experience including project management within the marketing arena
- Previous trade show management, preferably global

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understand production requirements and timelines of trade show production.
- Ability to act quickly and decisively with solutions to unexpected issues.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Verified project management skills; ability to plan, manage and complete projects (preferably previous use of PM software such as Asana).
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple demands and set priorities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and in a fast moving environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and/or to effectively communicate deviations of deadlines on a daily basis.
- Ability to maintain focus on priorities while multi-tasking.
- Flexible, self motivated, organized and confident.
