About the Role
The General Manager, Endpoint Engineering is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and business plans for Endpoint Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Endpoint Compliance (Endpoint security) in line with broader Datacom and Intelligent Workspace strategies. You’ll oversee daily business activities across the above areas, including working alongside colleagues for sales and customer success improving overall business functions.

This is an exciting, senior role, managing a key area of our Technical Services line of business. You’ll be passionate about leadership, driving excellence both internally and for our customers, and have a keen eye for emerging technologies. You’ll bring at least 5 years’ commercial/ sales experience within a complex, multi-faceted managed services environment, coupled with extensive experience managing service delivery teams within an outsourcing arrangement. You’ll have excellent financial management and strategic planning skills, along with experience delivering exceptional endpoint engineering services. You’ll be a team player, who can comfortably negotiate with/ influence customers or senior management regarding matters of significance to the business.
