What is the opportunity?

An opportunity has arisen for an Online Sales Customer Experience Consultant to join the team. Reporting into the Online Sales and Customer Care Manager this role is responsible for all customer enquiries for bravoauto with a focus on maintaining excellent customer service while delivering a high level of sales success.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and professional matter
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned brands
  • Conduct lead generation and sales calls
  • Manage the resolution of customer issues
  • Build client base by contacting potential customers
  • Monitor the market and advise management of any changes in competition, product availability and related matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A full drivers licence and sound driving record
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Superior communication skills with he ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
