Who is Civica?
You probably know us better as ArborSafe and we provide service and consultancy to manage trees through our tree asset management software. Our national client base includes a wide range of schools, universities, zoos, botanic gardens and so much more!
In March of last year, we joined Civica, a global software organisation providing digital solutions in schools and libraries, for health and care providers, and in local government. This has enabled us to expand our reach with more clients.

A day in the life
As an Inside Sales Account Manager for Arborsafe you will provide inside sales representation to a diverse range of commercial and government accounts with a focus on maximising sales growth of defined territory.
You will cover multiple verticals including education, recreation, mining and others as directed. Your role will focus on driving value for the customer, while maximizing competitive advantage, revenue, and margins for Civica.

- Strong proven communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in Telesales or other sales.
- Have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels across all relevant industries
- Be driven to meet, and even exceed, KPIs including pipeline metrics, opportunity coverage and acquisition plans
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities within CRM systems
- Ability to generate sales plans and drive effective results
- And of course, a passion for the environment.
