We are looking for a passionate People and Performance Manager to join our on-site team in Moorabbin.

Requirements

As a People and Performance Manager, you will:

  • Manage and support end-to-end Pamp;P processes across the employment lifecyle, including talent attraction, onboarding, induction, probation and performance review and management ensuring quality and timely execution
  • Assess levels of Employee Engagement and implement strategies and processes to improve engagement
  • Review and recommend remuneration amp; benefits strategy and process based on reward for performance, and that ensures internal relativities amp; equity, and market competitiveness that is cost effective to the business
  • Provide support and guidance to management, and other team on Pamp;P related issues
  • Manage and support the talent acquisition team including defining an attraction strategies and at times sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing
  • Execute and implement Pamp;P Strategy
  • Develop, modify and implement HR policies and processes as necessary in responses to legislative requirements and the needs of the company
  • Provide comprehensive month end Pamp;P reports and analysis of any variations
  • Manage all ER matters including conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, conduct and performance dismissals, redeployment and redundancy consultations and unfair dismissal claims


About you:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role working in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of generalist HR experience; 5 years in HR Management roles
  • Extensive experience partnering with business in HR activity.
  • Deep understanding of best practice, and fit for purpose HR strategies, practices and processes
  • Demonstrated capability in identifying innovative solutions to issues
  • Adaptable in dealing with ever-changing conditions
