Financial Management Accountant

Job Description
A dual role involving both financial accounting and management accounting skill sets, you’ll be working as part of the Finance team at our head office in Waterloo, Sydney. Reporting into the Head of Finance, your role will centre on:
- Responsible for the month end close process and Pamp;L analytical reviews
- Running the budgeting and forecasting process
- Analysing KPIs to ensure we are adhering to our business performance metrics
- Devising new and innovative reports and optimising and improving existing business reporting processes to meet business needs and aid internal decision making
- Statutory and regulatory reporting
Requirements
- Finalist or newly qualified accountant 0-2yrs PQE (CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Experience in a Retail/Media/FMCG company carrying out key accounting tasks
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills, able to work to deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
- An advanced excel user, very experienced in other MS Office packages
- NetSuite ERP amp; Salesforce experience an advantage
