A day in the life:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead and manage the evolution of the Salesforce platform across the business and help them get the most out of the Salesforce platform. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams and work with cross-functional leadership to drive our use and adoption of Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, to deliver great customer and employee outcomes.You will own the product vision and be responsible for developing the Salesforce long-term strategy and roadmap to achieve PEXA Group’s strategic goals and ensure alignment with customer and business needs.Key Accountabilities
  • Develop the Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
  • Understand PEXA’s ecosystem and its complex business landscapes and internal systems.
  • Manage and work closely with all key stakeholders (including implementation partners, software vendors, project stakeholders) to enable smooth and rapid uplift of Salesforce capabilities.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to identify the priority and scope of things to tackle in the backlog.
  • Build close relationships with your team and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Create a user experience that solves for customer and employee needs and incorporates user feedback.
  • Lead and oversee the development of new capabilities from ideation, opportunity assessment, discovery, business case development, design, iterative delivery, launch and go to market activities.
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other parts of the business.
  • Establish a cadence to regularly capture user feedback to drive improvements.
  • Identify success metrics and putting in place monitoring and measurement processes to evaluate the success and uptake of Salesforce.
  • Ensuring the Salesforce platform is well maintained, up-to-date with latest developments and new features and technology are enabled and adopted where it benefits PEXA Group.
  • Identify and implement business change (people and process) for mature and operationally sustainable organizational CRM capabilities Ensure all change management (including training) requirements for the Salesforce implementation across the business are covered.
