About the Role
The Service Manager is responsible for service operation and management of Hear2Talk. This position?involves a high level of skills, with leadership of a team of lived experience/peer workers and services provision, with 50% of their time on the support line. An important element of this role incorporates complaint handling and call escalation management procedures, therefor requires in-depth knowledge of Neami’s and the funding body’s policies and procedures. The manager will engage with appropriate services to ensure efficiency and responsiveness to achieving key performance indicators as laid out in the service contract. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in monitoring performance of the service, participating in monthly de-identified reporting and discussions with SIRA which include detail regarding call volumes, duration, and call type along with ongoing?evaluation?and review of service outcomes.
