Job Description

Have you been looking to take your real estate career to the next level? An opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated individual to join Place Estate Agents as a Sales Assistant.

We are looking for an individual who is a team player and is willing to go the extra mile to create a world class experience for client engagement. This role will require you to have an impeccable phone manner as well as be able to manage your day to attend all out of office appointments. You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries and creating long-lasting relationships will all current and potential clients.

You will get the opportunity to grow within a high performing team that will enable you to succeed in the industry. This opportunity requires the candidate to work every Saturday and it is ideal that you already have a Real Estate Sales certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Buyer and enquire management ensuring a positive experience;
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections;
  • Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections;
  • Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive of letterbox dropping);
  • Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
  • Database management; and
  • General administration where required.

Requirements

  • Be coachable, trustworthy and willing to learn;
  • Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
  • Have obtained a Real Estate Sales Certificate;
  • Prior experience working with a sales and target driven environment;
  • 1 -2 years’ experience within the industry is advantageous;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
  • High attention to detail.
