We are searching for a passionate Customer Lifecycle Specialist with SaaS experience to enhance our customer engagement and drive the MoodleCloud brand! This is a fully flexible opportunity that can be based anywhere in the Asia-Pacific region.

What your new job can look like

This is a brand new role that will work closely with the MoodleCloud Product Manager, UX Designers, Engineers and Customer Success to improve every aspect of the MoodleCloud User Journey. You will develop and implement end-to-end customer journeys for engagement, conversion, retention and growth lifecycle campaigns using a variety of strategies and channels (e.g. email marketing, push notifications, messaging, etc.).

With the pace of Moodle, no two days will ever be the same! But most days will involve a mix of:

  • Working with the Product Manager to create and maintain customer journey plans, campaigns and strategies that increase customer conversion, enhance customer relationships and drive engagement and retention
  • Implementing and managing marketing automation tools, like Intercom, to develop personalised end-to-end customer journeys
  • Analyzing market research and trends, recommending product improvements, identifying opportunities to increase overall revenue
  • Analyzing customer feedback and developing strategies on ways to improve MoodleCloud
  • Measuring the effectiveness of current strategies and proposing recommendations
  • Participating in various research and planning discussions according to the Roadmap

Requirements

We'd love to meet you

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • Experience in a similar Customer Lifecycle role within a SaaS company, ideally within the EdTech sector or a related industry
  • Experience implementing and managing marketing automation tools (bonus if you’ve used Intercom)
  • Proven success with acquisition, engagement and retention automation campaigns
  • Ability to write and maintain internal process and customer-facing process documentation
  • Experience working with direct teammates in diverse timezones, as well as the use of Agile and Scrum approaches
