ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work alongside our HR Manager and assist in various aspects of human resources across a widely spread operation.

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations of the business
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for all recruitment needs
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Timesheet entry for current employees to assist payroll
  • Process payroll queries
  • Personnel file management

This position is a part time position offering 20-25 hours per week and is based in our Yarrawonga office in Darwin. Ideally you will have the flexibility to work additional hours/ days during our peak season as well as occasional intrastate and interstate travel when required.

ABOUT YOU:

Your success in this role will be achieved through:

  • Demonstrated previous experience in a HR Coordinator (or similar) position
  • Previous experience working in tourism or hospitality industry (desirable)
  • Your proactive customer focused approach to building relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • High level of computer proficiency, analytical reporting skills and ability to solve problems to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and literacy skills, be diligent coupled with a high attention to detail
  • Being highly self-motivated with the ability to quickly build effective relationships
