About the Role

As the Senior Payroll Associate you will be responsible for:

• Setting up new starters in DataPay payroll system and ensuring user accounts are activated
• Updating employee master files in payroll system
• Resetting user accounts and assisting customers with Direct Access log in issues
• Updating reporting lines in Direct Access ESS system
• Assists the payroll team with payroll projects and adhoc tasks (as required)
• Adhering to Payroll Internal Process and Procedures - following Payroll Processing Checklists to ensure data integrity, data accuracy, and meeting compliance and auditing requirements

What you'll do

Ideally you will have 1-2 years commercial experience within a high volume payroll environment (500 + employees). Building strong relationships within the People team and wider organisation is something you pride yourself in.
