Job Description

We are looking for an awesome Bookkeeper to join our growing team at our Collins Street office and for this role, we are looking for someone who can work 25-38 hours per week with flexibility around start and finishing times.

This role plays an important part in the day-to-day bookkeeping for our internal advisory divisions as well as the on-boarding of clients in our BlueRock Health division.

What you’ll be doing

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • End to end payroll including superannuation, payroll tax and work cover
  • Lodgement of Superannuation
  • Pamp;L/Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monthly Reporting including cash flow

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

  • Relevant degree or diploma (major in Accounting or Bookkeeping)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Prior experience with Xero Accounting software and an intermediate to advanced level in the full Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ongoing work rights, we are not able to consider temporary graduate visas or working holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach
