Resonate is an CX (Customer eXperience) provider, specialised in closed loop feedback programs for leading brands in the Asia Pacific Region. We have a strong platform (SaaS) in Voice of Customer that consists of multiple products. We are working leading enterprise across industries including finance, retail, and insurance. Through the use of our cloud-based solutions we enable organisations to consistently deliver exceptional customer interactions, and continually improve their customer experience.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- Be an effective problem solver

- Be passionate about testing and quality in general
Technically you should:
- Have 2+ years of testing experience.
- Have strong (MS)SQL skills.
- Demonstrate understanding of the STLC.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Degree in Engineering or IT.
- ISTQB certification.
- Test Automation experience(Seleniumamp;Appium).
- API testing experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (cloud).
Desirable:
- ISTQB certification.
- Test Automation experience (Cypress).
- API testing experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
