About the role
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! Reporting to the Digital Marketing amp; Performance Manager this exciting role isresponsible for supporting and executing Konica Minolta’s digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on delivering marketing KPIs, including increasing lead generation, improving customer engagement and driving better cost per acquisition.
Requirements
- Create and deploy feature content for the website and email automation
- Manage the digital marketing calendar and social media schedule- working closely with media agency to ensure that deliverables and timelines are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages designed to achieve KPI’s and improve user experience
- Analyse and identify data trends to provide informed insights that help direct campaign strategy
- Work closely with the SEM agency to improve paid and organic performance
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Moderate and support live webinars rehearsals, automation, and post-briefing results
- Provide support across Digital Marketing team initiatives
Who are we looking for?
- Relevant tertiary qualification bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3- 5 years’ experience working in a similar digital marketing role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B sales environment
- Experience using Marketo and Kentico (preferred)
- Experience in copy writing for web (preferred)
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and other digital platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Motivated self-starter, ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
