The Company:

Keywords Studios is an international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry. Now with over 70+ Studios across 23 countries There is a bit of Keywords in pretty much every video game that you know . Within Australia the Keywords business consists of Tantalus Media, Wicked Witch Software and Mighty Games who collectively ship games across multiple platforms including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, PC just to name a few


The Role:

Working within a small intimate team of 3 within this role you will provide all aspects of administration support to our HR team. This role is critical in providing service to both internal and external key stakeholders, therefore we are looking for someone to:

  • Maintain HR procedure manuals, policies and procedures as required
  • HR Administration, such as the generation of contracts and correspondence via our Employment Hero System
  • Updating HRM Database using NetSuite
  • Manage the on-boarding and integration of new employees including, liaising with payroll, liaising with stakeholder to organise induction schedules
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the applicable Awards and Employment Agreements
  • Work in conjunction with the HR Team to review benefits on a regular basis and ensure adequate communication takes place within the business

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with HR experience/exposure or HR related qualifications. They will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.

This role will suit someone who wants to take the next step in their HR team and have exposure to all facets.


  • HR undergraduate or relevant degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Solid demonstrated administration experience
  • Good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Attention to accuracy, detail, with strong organisational and analytical skills
  • And of course a passion for all things Video Games!
