We’ve grown a lot lately, so the Culinary team is now looking for a Culinary Creative to carry out creative recipe development, as well as photochef and style recipes for our photo shoots.
Key responsibilities are:
- Develop weekly recipes within the brand’s framework, budget and recipe style.
- Prepare and cook recipes for weekly photo shoots.
- Style beautiful plates of food to delight and entice our customers.
- Draw on food experience and conduct research to inject new ideas into the menu and pantry.
- Work efficiently within a designated workspace, and share a kitchen with other team members.
- Contribute to good inventory practices, planning usage to avoid waste, etc
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in recipe development and working in the food/food publishing industry.
- Ability to drive brand USPs through food.
- Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in recipe editing and proofreading desired.
- Confidence with Google Analytics and G-suite products.
- Collaborator who works well across teams and functions, with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
