We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to assist with the launch of our exciting new superapp. We have some big growth plans for 2023! Reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing, this pivotal new role will develop a growth strategy for our new superapp and drive the monthly active user base.

Responsibilities- Join our Growth Marketing team to develop a world-class digital marketing capability for our soon to launch world-first consumer app brand in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and the UK
- Execute BAU campaigns across performance media channels, driving monthly active users and revenue
- Use paid media channels to drive awareness and understanding of the app and the products/functions that exist within it
- Increase the number of businesses posting jobs and the pool of candidates for these jobs through lead gen campaigns
- Work collaboratively with Offline media and CRM specialists to hit targets
- Enhance our understanding of multi-touch channel effectiveness, using our full marketing tech stack, including Braze Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Bizible
- Ensure our brand guidelines, including tone of voice, values and visual identity are adhered to across all of our channels
- Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness and ROI of your activity
- 3+ years proven client or agency-side experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation technology such as Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in campaign and channel effectiveness reporting
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment
