About the Role
As Associate Director, Customer Success you’ll be responsible for critical customer care, partner management, building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders. You’ll establish and manage relationships at the C-level in a nominated customer and be accountable for the growth of Datacom’s footprint in the nominated account.
You’ll lead us on our strategic pathway to a place of sustained relevance, engaging senior customer leaders to provide strategic advice, influence decision making and position products and innovative integrated solutions that deliver greatest value to them and fuel profitable growth for Datacom.
Please note that this role is either Sydney or Canberra based.

This is a critical role for us, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving successful customer relationships and leading internal teams to deliver win-win outcomes for all parties. You’ll bring exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; along with though leadership, financial acumen, and some pretty nifty influencing skills to boot. You’ll have at least 5 years managing a large key account, where you have successfully grown revenue and expanded the services footprint. Along with experience leading sizeable teams and senior people, helping remove roadblocks to enable their success for the overall success of the relationship.
