Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the first point of contact for their Clients
Take calls and answer general questions/inquiries/concerns from new leads
Email management and organize meetings
Booking of tours with their Centre Leader
Complete various follow-up steps through your enrolment process
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up
to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
3 years of experience in Customer Service
Willing to do administrative tasks
Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite and basic knowledge or understanding of any CRM
EXTRAORDINARY customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention details
Sensitive and empathic to various cultures
Willing to be trained and quick learner
Has previous experience in Admin would be an advantage
Exposure to Hubspot CRM is desirable but not essential
Understanding of Accounts Receivable is a plus
