We have a great opportunity for you to spark your creative flare in Real Estate! Place Estate Agents in Sunnybank are looking for a creative talent to join the team.
Reporting to the Directors of Place Sunnybank and working along the Sales Director and Sales Team, this role is responsible for recording sales activities, sales agent profiles or property videos to social platforms e.g. Youtube. The role also manages the social media accounts for the office including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WeChat, with a strong focus on producing quality content for our team.
Roles amp; Responsibilities
- Providing video recording support to the Sales team
- Editing and creating video and image content in line with Place style guides
- Producing high quality, engaging and shareable content in relation to Place Sunnybank, compromising of a mixture of written, graphical, audio and video content
- Independently brainstorming content ideas in line with editorial guidelines
- Updating WeChat posts regularly, as required by the office
- Creating copy and visuals that effectively target out audiences via online advertising on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Attending and capturing video content at Saturday Open Homes and auctions and throughout the week as required
Requirements
- Degree or qualification in a relevant field is essential
- Fluent Chinese reading and writing (essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (essential) including Adobe Premier Animation, inDesign and Photoshop
- Eager to learn
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Experience capturing and editing graphical content including video and audio
- Experience constructing and scheduling EDMs
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Understand how to effectively utilise Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn advertising techniques to create shareable content
