About the role

We are looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented Solution Sales Executives who are able to help our customers visualise the value of our solutions and delivering clear business outcomes through our technology suite. You will have strong business development expertise and an ability to get to the line of business decision makers.

The role is ideal for someone comfortable with an analytical as well as entrepreneurial approach, who can maximise revenue potential by continually developing Konica Minolta’s market exposure.

Key Requirements/ Ideal Candidate

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

  • Ability to embrace new technology concepts
  • Understanding of document, records and content management concepts, Digitisation of manual paper-based processes from document capture, data extraction through to business process automation.
  • Working closely with pre-sales team and prospective customers to understand strategic business issues and identify and communicate how our solutions address these issues
  • Articulate strategy and objectives using strong presentation skills that focus on value
  • Achieving agreed revenue and business objectives
  • Earning trust through functional/industry expertise and acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers
  • Creating and presenting tailored solution-oriented demonstrations

Essential requirements for this role:

  • Extensive work experience in business and software sales environment.
  • Target and results driven individual
  • Solid knowledge and experience of Cloud and SaaS sales cycles.
  • Communicate with both business/functional and technical individuals
  • Actively maintain insights into current industry technology trends.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and value based solution selling approach.
  • Strong ability to engage with people and build relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
  • Can Do Attitude
  • Hold valid working rights for Australia.
  • Hold a valid driving licence
