We are looking for someone creative, passionate, with design brilliance and a love for what they do to join our inspiring team of creatives.

What you'll do:

Under direction from our Motion Graphic lead, you will design video content, motion graphics, and symbol animations for platforms including our online games, event and exhibition displays, digital signage, marketing and social media outputs, web and interactive content production projects.

Your day to day will look like:

• Create high-end graphics for content and campaigns across production and marketing.
• Create and produce motion graphics including content titles, logos, lower thirds and graphic animations.
• Visualise web and UI elements, and produce animated characters/elements for games.
• Working with our producers and post production teams to deliver outstanding content that is enhanced by your motion design.
• Work with producers to shoot, record and post produce high level creative content that supports our brands and sponsors.

Due to the nature of the sports and live events industry, you may be required to work outside of regular working hours occasionally to meet project deadlines. You will be asked to work on a varied portfolio of events and projects we sponsor around the world.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create graphics, motion graphics, and animations, edit footage, conduct sound selection and sound mixing for all video content
• Interpret and adhere to briefs and delivery timelines, to create aligned and best-in-class visual assets
• Internal and external presentations to the team, partners and clients
• Contribute innovative and creative ideas to content strategies
• Work well and stay active within a team environment
• Manage time efficiently and see-through multiple deadlines
  

Requirements

Skills amp; Experience we value:

• 2+ years experience in motion graphics and content creation in a studio/agency environment.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of other relevant software/languages is a bonus
• Strong design skills for screen, online, multi screen and large-format content
• Skills across art direction, typography, key framing and layout
• VFX abilities on shoots, touch ups, grading and keying if required
• Create and produce static and video graphic templates for digital platforms
• A strong portfolio of Video and Motion Graphics works, including a Showreel
  

What would make you really stand out:

• Knowledge of Sports betting and/or Casino terminology
• Proficient with Google suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable amp; Intercom
• 3D modeling or animating experience is a bonus
• A knowledge on Game Engines like Unreal, Unity 3D
• Experience or knowledge in creating/editing audio and music
