We have an Assistant Management Accountant - Payroll role in our Commercial Finance team that has become available. This permanent full-time role will help with financial support and insight across the business.

The successful candidate will support the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Finance team in partnering with the branches and their Business Managers as well as key stakeholders in the central head office.

In this role you will be required to:

• Assist the Management Accounting Manager to deliver timely and accurate information to the internal and external stakeholders of the business.
• Account for the most significant cost to the business, the cost of human resources and other non payroll costs.
• Monthly Preparation and completion of allocated Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Prepare or review payroll-related information
• Calculation and submission of Workers Compensation to various states

• Accounting amp; finance experience 2- 3 years
• Highly collaborative approach with a detailed understanding of accounting and attention to detail
• Experience in dealing with largevolumes and strict deadlines
• A high level of intelligence and creativity in problem-solving
• Strong organisational skills and is deadline-oriented
