We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy and for managing the day-to-day execution and reporting of our marketing activities.

Please note this is a 12month Mat leave contract with the potential to go permanent as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Maintains our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimises spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages, nurture campaigns and optimise user experience.
  • Utilises strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing operations
  • Monitor business activities and performance including key performance indicators
  • Analyse data, assess trends and determine actions to optimise performance
  • Provide reports for management

In your toolkit

  • You’ll have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing amp; marketing operations experience.
  • Pardot and Salesforce experience
  • Google Adwords and Analytics
  • Be familiar with data visualisation tools such as: Google Data Studio, Tableau and Salesforce Business Analytics
