What’s the opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for leading the strategy execution in Trivett Sydney Subaru retail across the key value streams of New, Used, Fleet amp; Corporate, Famp;I and Aftermarket.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and support the team of General Managers, Sales to:
- Achieve targets and profitability
- Maintain and support a productive and high-performing culture
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction
- Leading through teams and ensuring the performance of all people managers is supported and developed
- Ensuring effective strategic execution
- Ensure all dealerships lead in Customer Experience and are following the correct processes and procedures
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within a selling environment
- Deep knowledge of the automotive and/or competitive consumer landscape
- Significant experience managing and leading high performing teams across multiple locations
- Experience and full accountability of running a business Pamp;L
