In order to achieve this, we are solving challenging problems in taste profiling, behaviour prediction and real-time logistics.

Marley Spoon is currently operating in the US, Europe and Australia. We are looking for a full time Work Health amp; Safety (WHS) Advisor to help us grow Marley Spoon. The position will be located at our Altona North, VIC Fulfilment Centre.
Your role:
- Positively influence, and advise production managers/team leaders and workers on health and safety matters and requirements under WHS legislation
- Support the National Work Health and Safety Manager in integrating WHS in the way we do business and continually look for ways to improve the WHS performance across Marley Spoon.
- Facilitate risk management activities and build the capability of the workforce to identify hazards and perform risk reviews.
- Lead incident investigations including the investigation and management of notifiable and high-risk incidents and their actions
- Conduct workplace inspections and audits as per the Health and Safety Audit and Inspection Plan
- Where required, liaise with contractors in ensuring that all relevant safety information has been provided and up to date prior to attending site
- Assist in the management of workers compensation/injury management and the development of recovery amp; return to work plans
- Review, update and support in the development and implementation of WHS policies, procedures, plans etc. as required
Requirements
- Excellent skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning, communication and organising along with the ability to positively influence improved Health and Safety outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, developing and facilitating training
- Ability to influence and constructively work with all levels of stakeholders without managerial authority
- Tertiary qualifications / 3+ year experience in similar industry
- Demonstrated experience in risk management process
- Strong knowledge of WHS Legislation, codes of practices and other guidance materials across various states and territories.
- Understanding of incident investigation - ICAM preferred (Lead Investigator)
