As Head of Distribution, you will be responsible for the accurate, safe and efficient movement of all stock, starting from receiving into our distribution centre through to its final destination in customer homes. You will also set the strategy for how our operations function must evolve to meet the growing needs of the customer. Part of this challenge will be designing how our operations functions scale to meet demand - but it will also involve faster SLAs and new services. You will lead a team of more than 30 team members - setting standards of behaviour and developing and coaching your team. You will be leading investment, growth and cost decisions while leveraging technology at all stages to achieve the goals of the business.
