The Position
The Learning Development Business Partner is responsible for designing and facilitating learning programs that align with the learning and development strategy. A range of methodologies will be used to deliver the relevant programs to ensure that best practise and learning support is provided and embedded across the organisation. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Facilitate induction across Victoria in consultation with our service delivery and quality teams
- Bring the learning and development strategy to life and be a key part of transforming the strategic goals into action
- Design and facilitate new programs as learning gaps are identified and/or as delivery of the learning framework and strategy
- Design and develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure continuous improvement
- Co-create bespoke solutions and facilitate with members from other teams as appropriate to optimise results
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in instructional design, content curation and facilitation
- Knowledge in contemporary adult learning methodologies
- Experience using LMS/HRIS systems including managing content lifecycle
- Comfortable facilitating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders
- Proven experience in a similar role of training and development, ideally within a comparable sector
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and pragmatically with a diverse range of people, from varying backgrounds
- Emotional intelligence, personal resilience, and tenacity
