Joining as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach at No Moss Co, you will:
- Consult into a portfolio of clients, ranging from improving collaboration within small not-for-profit teams to transforming large international tier 1 organisations into agile enterprises.
- Identify and solve client challenges, utilising agile-aligned techniques in a manner most effective for their situation.
- Overlook the client’s ways of working to ensure a level of baseline consistency across the organisation, while allowing for localised variances and efficiencies.
- Coach all levels of the organisation in appropriate frameworks and mindsets allowing them to use collaborate to their full potential.
- Run diagnostics on the company’s agile maturity and introduce new strategies to increase the maturity across the business.
- Perform the role of a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach with responsibilities that include creating and maintaining highly productive teams to show them what good looks like, with the intention of teaching the client and handing over to internal staff.
- Identify organisational impediments to agile success and work with leadership and delivery teams to overcome them.
- Use and improve our proprietary, in-house agility tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with a broad range of clients on a consultative basis.
- Ability to set and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Desirable experience in developing or leading a team.
- Desirable experience in understanding Agile practices and concepts.
- You have an energy and interest in involving yourself in the wider Agile community.
- A growth mindset; you don’t shy away from talking about areas you want to improve or grow in, and are able to work collaboratively and share feedback on triumphs and where you’d do things differently.
- Due to the nature of the role, for example where the consultants are required to visit clients onsite on a regular basis, evidence of double vaccination against COVID-19 is required unless you have evidence of a medical exemption.
- You're an Australian citizen or hold a current visa to work in Australia.
