Who you would be working with:
You’ll be a senior developer in a cross-functional agile squad made up of a PM, developers, creatives, and other technical roles. You’ll be tasked with helping produce high quality, maintainable and sustainable solutions for our diverse clients. You’ll contribute to run stand-ups and other agile ceremonies, and be focussed on solution design and project delivery.

For a Senior Developer, we’re open to your background and diverse technical skills, but here’s what would be nice to have:
- You have 5 years web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JS
- Commercial experience in building JavaScript applications
- Experience with JS frameworks, preferably React
- Automated testing tools
- Experience with web service integrations and working with APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Bonus if you have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- You have the ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving environment with a company/team first approach
- Client-centric problem solving approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative approach; ability to work effectively with the team, internal and external stakeholders
- A desire to learn new things
What you would do:
- Work closely with clients to understand their problems and advise them on the best solutions
- Collaboratively work with your squad cutting up designs and reviewing code
- Coach and mentor junior developers and assist with reviewing code
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint refinements, planning, reviews, and showcases
- Develop robust code which meets all technical requirements
- Lead by the example by applying development best practices across all levels of your work
- Contribute to the team’s (and your own) continuous growth and improvement by bringing new ideas to the table, and contributing to discussions
