• Senior Consultants with great presence, who can lead and facilitate customer workshops and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders.
• Senior Consultants that enjoy playing a key role in helping organizations uplift their cloud operating models and accelerate their cloud migration programs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst with familiarity working in fast-paced, agile environments on complex programs, to join a high-performing team that is at the forefront of cloud consulting in Australia.

A Senior Cloud Business Analyst supports either Cloud Delivery Lead or Senior Project Leads to deliver non-technical project outcomes including:

• Managing the lifecycle of key artefacts for Cloud transformation projects including business cases, organizational change, training programs and business process workflows
• Translating business outcomes into usable technology requirements in enterprise IT environments
• As well as the normal business analyst responsibilities of eliciting and defining requirements, managing squad backlogs, and working with scrum masters and product owners, you might also get involved in:

1. User journey mapping

2. Demand and prioritisation requests

3. Producing platform insights and business metrics reporting

4. Establishing and/or uplifting a Cloud FinOps capability

5. Promoting the services and capabilities of platform to internal/external consumers

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent level of education in organizational change, technology training or process analysis.
• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst, technology training or process engineering role. This experience must include direct involvement in a large enterprise deployment of cloud technology.
• Experience working with cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams
• Extensive experience in creating user stories, epics and defining user acceptance criteria
• Similar experience in a Senior Analyst role. e.g. Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst or perhaps you were an Engineer in a past life
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, sometimes used to present to senior leaders or facilitating workshops and manage competing priorities
• Previous experience using JIRA, Rally, Confluence, Miro and other market-leading collaboration tools
• Commercial common sense. Always questioning if the work we are doing is in the best interest of the customer, the
