About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our global IT support team, with primary focus on providing support to approximately 60 employees in Australia. While you will be based out of our Sydney office, this role will have a global reach, supporting and providing IT services to all of our team locally and internationally.
This will be a stand-alone IT role on the ground in Australia and will play a key role in implementing and helping defining new policies as well as building out processes to support the team as we continue on our commitment to demonstrate industry best practices; while auditing and reviewing all of our processes and procedures to ensure we achieve this goal. Due to a recent acquisition, we are exploring how best to streamline our technical systems across Microsoft and a combination of Google Workspace, Slack and AWS.

Requirements
Key to your success in this role will be experience and knowledge of MAC OS systems new amp; old and solid working knowledge of Google Workspace for Business, Slack, Jira and Confluence!
You are self-motivated, eager to learn new skills and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as a customer centric approach.
You hold a University or College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
