What’s the opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Experience Consultant Online Sales.

What will the role be accountable for?

• Create an exceptional first impression and build strong customer rapport at every touch point
• Attend to customer complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team deliver optimal reputation scores
• Maintain and improve call centre operations by monitoring system and personnel performance
• Manage all sales opportunities that come through phone, chat and email
• Conduct and oversee lead generation and sales calls
• Look for new opportunities to engage with the customer ensuring their experience is easy, enjoyable and effective
• People development

Who are we looking for?

• Salesforce experience
• Experience in a leadership role
• Product knowledge expertise
• Retail management experience
• Sales Lead and opportunity management in Salesforce
