We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Experience Consultant Online Sales.
What will the role be accountable for?
- Create an exceptional first impression and build strong customer rapport at every touch point
- Attend to customer complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team deliver optimal reputation scores
- Maintain and improve call centre operations by monitoring system and personnel performance
- Manage all sales opportunities that come through phone, chat and email
- Conduct and oversee lead generation and sales calls
- Look for new opportunities to engage with the customer ensuring their experience is easy, enjoyable and effective
- People development

- Salesforce experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Product knowledge expertise
- Retail management experience
- Sales Lead and opportunity management in Salesforce
