Ofload is the fastest growing technology start-up in the Australian logistics space with the ambitious goal of eliminating all waste in road freight. Every third truck on Australian roads today drives empty, we use technology to efficiently allocate supply and demand, and thereby eliminate the enormous waste in the industry.

What you'll be doing at Ofload
- Problem solving mindset - Always curious about how things work and identify valuable changes.

- Strong communication skills - Identifying the audience and connecting with them effectively. Additionally, find ways to leverage the crowd as a source of knowledge.
- Unabated experimentation - Questioning current norms, hypothesising, testing and adapting.
- Ability to manage time and execute tasks across multiple contexts.
- Learning from experience - Reflect and synthesise feedback on what was initially set out, what the outcomes were and applying learnings to new scenarios.
- Rigorous testing - Critical thought around how data science test cases are performed.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience as a Data Scientist.
- Masters in STEM or related field. (E.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics/Mathematics.)
- Proficient in Python and common packages.
- Proficient with Git.
- Proficient with a terminal (Bash or equivalent).
Bonus
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies/scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
