As an Associate producer, you will join and cooperate with an experienced cross-discipline team working on AAA PC and Console titles, where your expertise, enthusiasm, and communication skills will help ensure our projects are delivered in a timely fashion and to a very high quality standard.

• Management and scheduling of production work
• Working with the team to define requirements
• Facilitation of communication and organisation within the team
• In collaboration with senior production staff, contributing to pipeline development, workflow and production processes
• Working with our QA team to ensure robust bug management
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Helping to reinforce teamwork and a healthy studio culture

Requirements

• A minimum of two-years game production experience
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and processes
• Experience using standard production management tools, including Jira/Confluence
• Strong project and people management skills
• Understanding of a variety of project management methodologies
• Problem solving and critical thinking ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience managing external partners
• Experience shipping games on console
