The Role
We are seeking a enthusiast individual to work alongside our HR Manager and assist in all aspects of human resources across a widely spread operation. Tasks will include, but not limited to, end-to-end recruitment, performance management, position description development, timesheet entry and management, contract development, and other tasks as required. This position is a part time position offering 20-25 hours per week, and is based in our Yarrawonga office in Darwin.
About You
The ideal candidate will be motivated with a passion to be part of an exciting business and will be someone who is passionate about HR. You must be a team player and good at building positive relationships with the rest of the team. You will be required to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, and a HR qualification will be highly regarded. You must be organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
