What’s the opportunity?

We currently have an opportunity within our Keystar team for an experienced, organised and customer driven Parts Interpreter to join our service centre in Morayfield.

Our Parts Interpreters are responsible for supporting the service team by ensuring that all parts required to fulfil service repair work are accurately identified, ordered promptly and swiftly made available for Technicians.

The right person will possess an eye for detail amp; a focus on customer service together with the following:

  • Has extensive parts experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation, communication, problem solving, and planning skills to help deliver positive experiences to our customers.
