This position will see you excel within the foundations of the role building great practices for your career into the future. The role requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday and may require Saturday work on occasion.

We are seeking 6-12 months grounding in a similar role and proven care and capability in customer service is essential. We are looking for someone with a professional approach and engaging personality who is a budding property management professional!

Responsibilities:

• Learn to nurture and maximise existing client relationships;
• Portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets whilst managing arrears;
• Actioning maintenance and repairs;
• Conduct inspections of the property periodically;
• List properties for lease and asses applications when required;
• Participate in all training and development opportunities.

Requirements

We are open to a first timer within Property Management as long as you have the drive and willingness to absorb our excellent training. It is integral that you have:

• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence;
• Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills;
• First class presentation and communication; and
• Have a can-do attitude and enjoys problem solving
• First class customer service comes naturally to you.
