About the role
As our QA team expands and grows, we are looking for collaborative QA Engineers with an eye for detail and a passion for automation to join our core delivery teams.
The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer works alongside our cross-functional engineering teams to develop end-to-end test plans and provides support and guidance with respect to plan execution. The QA Automation Engineer applies automation and manual testing practices to ensure that core user functionality is maintained, and the solution meets expected business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality within a small high-performance team, reporting progress and risks to the Delivery Lead.
- Engage with Product Owners, Designers and Developers to interpret business requirements for the purpose of quality assurance testing.
- Creation of detailed test plans, test cases and data for project testing.
- Design, develop and execute automation tests.
- Co-ordination and participation in review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of developed systems and software.
- Perform automated and manual regression testing and validate results to confirm.
- Execution of regression and Production Verification Testing across multiple platforms and devices.
- Liaise with development teams to address bugs and errors related to recent deployment.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in testing complex commercial software with knowledge of best practice test methodologies and QA processes.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to code automated tests in C#, Java, Javascript.
- Experience with Git, JIRA and Confluence.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Kasada.
- Ability to troubleshoot, document and communicate errors effectively.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
