Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager a portfolio of our Victorian accounts. The ideal candidate has come through a Systems Engineering track with strong client relationship management, service delivery and project management skills.
Here is what you will do
- Ensure that delivery teams or delivering to and exceeding the customers’ expectations
- Lead regular operational reviews with customers to ensure current services are performing better than or as expected, as well as a view to the future requirements
- Capacity planning
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Collaborate with Commercial account management teams
- Undertake major incident management activities during service disruptions
- Risk management for all managed services offerings
- Help customers define strategic roadmaps to help IT drive the business
- Take an active role in change management for your clients
- Continual improvement planning
- Serve as a strong advocate for your customers within blueAPACHE
Requirements
What makes a good SDM at blueAPACHE
- Commitment to excellence in building meaningful and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Either a background as an engineer or Strong high-level technical knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to work across multiple clients
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- ‘Can do' attitude
- Most importantly, a passion for clients
