They are after a resourceful and passionate Senior Account Manager to start ASAP and join the lead global creative agency team working on American Express, the world’s most valuable financial service brand.
As the Senior Account Manager, you will manage the creation of original and market specific work for Amex across Australia and New Zealand. Wrangling a wide range of projects, you will bring your energy, dedication and passion for advertising to the team.
You will partner with the Brand and B2C Clients to create best in class work and manage a full range of campaigns from brand awareness and acquisition to retention and lifecycle, delivered across ATL and BTL channels.
Other responsibilities include:
- Take control of campaign timelines and budgets, keeping your team and clients on track
- Build a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape and how they impact the client.
- Establish a strong rapport with the client, and build trusted relationships with creative, strategy and production teams at the agency
- Work collaboratively with other teams and agency partners, both local and global, in coordinating and delivering work
