Job Description
As a Solutions Architect for LAU, you’ll have the ability to work with industry-leading technologies that enable cloud-led networking solutions integrated with both local and global product offerings. You’ll interact with leading network, security amp; public cloud vendors to develop innovative network solutions that will meet the changing needs of Enterprises in a data-driven world.
Our ideal Solutions Architect will have a history of successfully designing and overseeing layer 2 and layer 3 network-based solutions, with a strong background in designing complex LAN amp; WAN environments. You will be able to drive technical solutions with senior engineering and business leaders within our customer base. The Solutions Architect is a key enabler for the sales team that will be instrumental in driving long-term growth and success of Logicalis Global Lifecycle Services.
Requirements
- Hold a Tertiary Education in IT and/or;
- Have 10 years of experience working within a systems integrator and/or experience on the vendor side with relevant technologies;
- Hold relevant industry certifications and technical experience with Networking and Security vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba amp; Palo Alto.
- Have proven technical presales experience
- Have proven solution design and customer requirements interpretation
- Be strongly conversant with the ICT and Telecommunications Industries
- Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;
- Pride yourself on being a self-starter who works well under pressure with high attention to detail
- Be situationally aware and adapt quickly to the needs of different stakeholders.
- Simplify complex solutions to articulate business benefits and challenges to GM level or higher stakeholders from the Client.
