The role of the Senior System Engineer ( End Point ) within this team focuses across the technologies used between team members to collaborate. This primarily includes meeting room equipment and systems as well as endpoint operating systems, infrastructure, software applications, endpoint cloud services, procedures and documentation to ensure that our team members have positive experiences with minimal disruption. The role can be based in Sydney.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 administration including O365 Suite, MS Teams, Power Platform, Azure AD and Licensing
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM and InTune.
- Strong technical skills in PC hardware and software
- Have accreditation in 2 or more technical disciplines (LAN/WAN/Voice/ Security/ Server / Desktop) plus demonstrable experience in supporting windows firewall technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MAC OS operating systems
- Intermediate scripting skills in multiple languages (PowerShell, batch, VBScript etc.)
- Active directory and group policies
- Application packaging technologies
