Job Description

Are you an expert in building long lasting professional relationships and ready to excel in the Real Estate industry? Our Sunnybank office has an incredible opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a Customer Service background to find their happy Place!

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, impeccable time management skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and driven real estate enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves in a hands-on role and learn from the best. This role is both rewarding and challenging so to succeed, you will be someone who thrives in an environment and can manage multiple conflicting prioritised whilst working within a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work every Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week.


Roles amp; Responsibilities

  • Responding to enquiries and coordinating client bookings;
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections alongside the agent;
  • Prospecting for potential business and conducting buyer phones calls;
  • Attending building and pest inspections, valuations, photoshoots and staging appointments;
  • Prospecting administration (inclusive of letterbox dropping);
  • Preparing all marketing materials, open home kits and general administration as required;
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience; and
  • Other tasks directed by the Lead Agent.

Requirements

  • Current QLD Driver’s Licence and suitable vehicle;
  • A Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one;
  • Proficient in mandarin;
  • Goal oriented and focused on relationship building;
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Outstanding customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond;
  • Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills; and
  • Ability to adapt and be in a fast-paced environment.
